Members-at-Large are persons who are not registered with a particular chapter, either because of distance to the nearest chapter or inability or desire to attend the chapter meetings in their area. At large members may join directly through the Membership Chairperson. This entitles them to receive all League publications and gives them access to all membership benefits, including voting rights.
